Notes:

The administrative fees will include a basic amount ranging from eight hundred dollars and 00/100 (US$800.00) to four thousand five hundred dollars and 0/100 (US$4,500.00). This amount will depend on the amount of the arbitration process. It will be adjusted according to the table contained in article 16 of the Administrative Regulation. The amount corresponding to the initial fee must be deposited by the applicant for arbitration to CESCON at the time of submitting the request for arbitration. The money must be sent to start the process. The payment will not be reimbursable and under no circumstances will they be returned by the Center to the parties. The payment will be deducted from the administrative expenses applicable to the arbitration.
The amount described must be prorated between both parties and consigned within five (5) business days counting from the Constitution of the Arbitral Tribunal.
The fees of the Secretary of the Tribunal have been set at 50% of the fees of one (1) arbitrator.
