Model Clause

“Any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising between the parties in connection with the subject matter, application, performance, or interpretation of this contract — including those relating to its validity, enforcement, or termination — shall be resolved by arbitration (in equity or in law) before the Conflict Resolution Center (CESCON), in accordance with its Rules of Procedure.”
